Five standardized steps from first communication to after-sales service — each step confirmed in writing before moving to the next.

Project Detailed Communication

  • Client drawings or PDF solution drawings
  • Aluminum profile: section, thickness, thermal break / non-thermal break, powder coating / fluorocarbon coating, color
  • Glass: Low-E insulated, laminated, insulated laminated, triple-pane, ultra-clear, clear glass and glass color
  • Hardware: handles, stays, locks, transmission rods, hinges, electric operators, pulleys — domestic, German, Italian brands
  • Auxiliary materials: gaskets, screws, corner brackets, labels, sealants, packing materials
  • Import country certification requirements and cost responsibility
  • Production lead time and batch delivery schedule
  • Logistics and shipping arrangement

Requirement Confirmation & Sample Production

  • Fill in the Product Requirement Information Form — the Customer Information Confirmation Form is in the section below
  • Both parties sign for confirmation
  • Arrange sample production
  • Client receives samples and signs off after verification

Contract Sign-off & Mass Production

  • Sign formal sales contract · Issue Commercial Invoice
  • Start mass production upon receipt of contractual deposit
  • Send production progress videos after the first batch — reconfirm product details and delivery schedule

Balance Payment & Shipment

  • Complete mass production
  • Load container and arrange shipment
  • Prepare full set of shipping documents · Send Bill of Lading to client

Logistics Tracking & After-sales Service

  • Track shipping and logistics status · Monitor arrival at destination port
  • Follow up customs clearance
  • Provide installation technical guidance · Offer professional after-sales support

Customer Information Confirmation Form

it is the Product Requirement Information Card referred to in Step 2 of the FY Customized Docking Process. Fill in as much as you can — every item you confirm here removes one round of revision later. Both parties sign for confirmation before sample production.
